The Heckler & Koch blades are made of X-15 steel. X-15 is normally used for HK barrels like for the HK USP. X-15 is more rust resistant than 440C or ATS34 steel, caused by nitrogen included in the alloy. The scales are made of glassfiber reinforced polyamide.
