Lansky sharpening systems contain of precision multi-angle, knife clamp and guide rods.
The sharpening systems allow an exact angle over the whole blade. You may use the following angles: 17°, 20°, 25° oder 30°.
The Deluxe-Set contains 5 Ceramic Hones (extra fine, fine, medium, coarse, extra coarse).
