Helle Harding

Helle knives are made of stainless 3-layers-steel (Rc 59). The core is made of stainless razor blade -steel and both outer coats are made of 18/8 high-grade steel. Both steels together provide the good attributes to Helle knives. The outer coats give rust resistance and flexibility, the core gives the sharpness to the knives.
